Scott Hoying was born as Scott Richard Hoying to Rick and Connie Hoying in Arlington Town, Texas City, USA. Rick and Connie had Scott on September 17, 1991. He has a sister named Lauren Hedrick, who is married and has a son named Beckham, whom Scott really likes. Scott went to Martin High School in Texas and later studied at the University of Southern California after finishing high school.
